On September 7, sponsored by the China Arbitration Law Research Association, the 2019 Annual Meeting of the China Arbitration Law Research Society and the 12th China Arbitration and Justice Forum hosted by the Langfang Arbitration Committee was held in Langfang City. Wang Qijiang, member of the party group and vice president of the China Law Society, president of the China Arbitration Law Research Association, member of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and vice chairman Lu Pengqi, inspector of the Public Legal Services Administration of the Ministry of Justice, Jiang Jing, fourth in the civil trial of the Supreme People's Court Gao Xiaoli, Vice President of the Court, Chen Shaojun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee attended the meeting and delivered a speech.‍

The meeting reviewed and approved the "Report on the Work of China Arbitration Law Research Society", "Financial Report of China Arbitration Law Research Society", "Measures for Collection of Fees of China Arbitration Law Research Society" and "Selection Measures for the Fourth Council of China Arbitration Law Research Society". The 4th Council and the 4th Standing Council of the China Arbitration Law Research Association. Ren Guangsheng, the director of Liaoning Shenghe Law Firm, was invited to attend the meeting and was elected as a member of the China Arbitration Law Research Association.
