Mark practices in the area of civil litigation. He has experience in a broad variety of areas, including real estate, land development, shareholder disputes and complex commercial matters. He also has significant experience in personal injury matters. As former Mayor of West Vancouver and Vice-Chairman of the Greater Vancouver Regional District, Mark’s extensive civic leadership has included other roles such as Chairman of the Police Board, Chairman of the School Board and he has been named Citizen of the Year. Mark has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and a degree in Law. He was called to the Bar in 1991. Mark has represented local, national and international clients in a wide range of areas including major complex litigation and personal injury cases.With his extensive experience and knowledge of local, provincial and federal politics, Mr. Sager has been involved in a large number of entrepreneurial and development projects. He is often seen as the first person to go for new and challenging land development projects and he enjoys assisting clients in working through a wide variety of related challenging issues.
